My name is Crystal D. McLean, and I am thrilled to welcome you to my website. I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Fayetteville, North Carolina. After completing my education at Fayetteville State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance, I embarked on a journey to make a positive impact on my community.

One of the core values that drives me is my deep commitment to giving back. I am actively involved in various volunteer and charitable organizations, always seeking ways to support and uplift those around me. Together with my husband, Brandon McLean, I serve as the Youth Pastor at our local assembly, playing a direct and impactful role in shaping the lives of young individuals.​

As a proud mother to my daughter Harmony, I became passionate about equipping young people with essential financial management skills. Recognizing the importance of financial awareness, I set out to educate and empower youth to make sound financial decisions. I initially began by creating financial literacy resources in the form of books, which quickly gained international recognition as best-selling tools for financial education.​

Building upon this success, I expanded my reach by teaching financial literacy at schools, organizations, and universities. Witnessing the positive impact of these initiatives, I took it a step further and designed my own signature event for youth and parents called "The Money Box Workshop." This event has since evolved into a series of programs, reaching even more individuals and extending its influence to other territories.

In addition to my work with youth, I am deeply committed to helping business owners and individuals create and build wealth
while effectively managing their debt. By developing comprehensive programs and resources, I aim to promote financial stability and empower the entire community to make informed financial decisions.
